MODE is the sole owner of all personal data collected on the Site. You may access and browse the Site without disclosing any personal data. However, your personal data may be collected in several ways, including but not limited to the following:
- When you subscribe to our mailing list via the mailing list subscription form on the Site and/or on MODE’s social media for the purpose of receiving updates, news, promotional and marketing emails or material from MODE
- When you make enquiries and/or feedback on the Site
- Any written information that you sent to us in other form of communications
We do not disclose or share your personal data to any third parties or individuals outside of MODE. However, in the event whereby MODE is obliged to disclose your personal data in adherence to served legal process(es), MODE reserves the right to disclose your personal data to the respective Law Enforcement Agency without prior consent or notification to you. Any interactions between MODE and the Law Enforcement Agency will not be divulged, in order to protect MODE’s legal interests.

We, as an events organiser, may take photographs and/or video recordings at an event. We take these photographs or video recordings for publicity and promotional purposes, as part of the benefits for VIP ticket holders and/or contest winners, or for such other purposes that may be stated at the event or premises. If you do not wish for your image to be used, or would like us to remove a photo that contains your image, please email us at email@example.com.
